Last but certainly not least, make sure it fits nicely into your hand. Get something that easily fits in your hand. If a mouse is to large for your hand, it can feel clunky.
The mouse pictured above is my wife's mouse. It is actually a laptop mouse and therefore is very small. Because she has petite hands, she really loves this mouse as a replacement for a full size mouse, as it fits very nicely into her hands.
