Online Parts And An Easy Build

I built my most recent computer about 2 months ago. My older computer just couldn't do the things I needed to anymore and I decided to build from scratch so that I could put just what I wanted to in it.

I knew that I wanted a wicked fast machine, and I wanted a very large hard drive in order to hold all my music, photos, and video. I also wanted to learn just what parts went into a computer.

I decided to do all of my shopping online, since I figured that I could get a better deal on parts; and the hardest part of this was figuring out which parts would work well together. I also had a challenge finding the lowest prices on parts that I wanted to put into my machine. I wanted to order them all from one place, or two at maximum to minimize shipping costs.

In the end, I ended up with my dream machine and had tons of fun assembling all the pieces inside of the perfect case. I learned what wires connected to which peripherals, and how to perform maintenance and even upgrades. I also learned how to order parts online and what specifications to look at in order to get them to work together. One challenge was losing screws as the machine was assembled. I dropped a few on the floor and had to find them. Other than that, this was a good learning experience and very enjoyable. I would recommend doing this to anyone who is even just a little bit technology literate. This was a very good experience.
