July 2010 Gaming Computer Kit Built With Performance And Budget In Mind

This gaming computer kit was put in mind with something specific in mind.  Building a gaming computer and having a budget of less than $1200 USD.  Why?  Simple really, I got a request for a computer kit from someone in SRI Lanka, since I just can't ship there, this kit is kind of a request for that gentleman.

To get the most out of this system dollar wise, we're going to be building this computer with the heart being AMD.  Since the 6 core processor is really going to be awesome to help with multi threading and staying within budget limits.

The video card will simply follow the best bang for your buck rules I talk about on this site.  We'll go for most horsepower for the least amount of money.  More on picking the best video card.
