When I start my personal computer, I lately get checkdisk, and it repairs the hard-disk
failure. In the event logger a lot hard-disk failures are mentioned. Can I copy my almost
broken hard-disk to a new one? How can I solve this problem?

Answer

It's great to see that you've posted before it burns out on you. Once you have a hard drive that crashes frequently. It is most certainly time to backup. Information on how to do so can be found at http://www.build-my-home-computer.com/computer-backup.html
It is really important when you get these signs, you refrain from using your computer until you get a backup. Failure to do so will result in you losing data.
Consider yourself lucky, most drives are not this kind. Get yourself a backup, and make sure you get into the habit for any future hard drive errors.
