Asus Laptop when turned on makes a Consistant Beeping sound
Then it asks for me to put in recovery disc and I do but then it says cannot down load because I have no motherboard.....

Usually a constant beep is hardware failure. This can mean either one of the components in your laptop is fried, or more likely, a driver is corrupt and needs to be reinstalled. In your case, reinstall the drivers for your motherboard, if you still have the problem.
If you can, install a stand alone copy of Windows, one that doesn't have all the extras on it. Just make sure before you do this you have a current
computer backup.
